Can this individual stop vile behavior like call-to-arms even when they are offended? What are their actions in public? Are they aggressive and behave in a rude way? Do they yell endlessly? Do they apologize when they keep people waiting? Are they willing to volunteer even when it costs money or time? 5. Look for a Highly Resilient Person

It’s helpful to have someone on hand to stick around even when the going gets tough.

Consider, for example, the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses were so infected that they were unable to function and even failed. Some businesses were unable to adjust and went digital. A person who can help you run a business should have the ability to think and fight for its survival.

Things might improve, however, the person helping manage a business must be prepared for the effects of inflation and its effects on your business.
